See Darrel Scott's, speech before the Subcommittee on Crime House Judiciary Committee, United States House of Representatives, on Thursday, May 27, 1999, at 2:00 p.m., at 2141 Rayburn House Office Building. Mr. Scott had two children in the Columbine High School. His daughter was one of the children killed.
